Fully Managed Service

Our popular fully managed service is used by over 100 Landlords! It is tailored to each individual client and includes RENT GUARANTEE for Landlords peace of mind.

  • Full marketing of the property using local press, Rightmove and our High Street window display
  • All viewings conducted with fully verified applicants. Coordinating access with existing tenants
  • Full referencing of tenants which includes the 1st six months Rent Guarantee Insurance in case of rent default
  • Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and all legal notices as required
  • Rent collection
  • Mid-term inspections carried out by our experienced team with follow up reports and photographs sent to Landlord and Tenant. Follow up actions addressed where necessary
  • No uplift added to contractors repair invoices. Approved repair invoices are deducted from monthly rent and attached with the Landlords monthly statements
  • Annual rent review
  • Registering and sending of tenant deposit monies to the ‘Deposit Protection Scheme’ (DPS) Government run scheme. Certificates sent to tenant and copy held on file
  • Organising Check-out and liaising between Landlord and Tenant to negotiate tenancy deposit release

Rent Collection Only

Sometimes we find it can be tricky to talk about money!
