Please be aware, we will endeavour to respond to the fault as soon as possible. However, the speed of responding to a fault will very much depend upon the action required and the availability of tradespeople such as plumbers and electricians etc.
All Gas based emergencies, such as a escaping gas should be shut off at the valve as soon as possible and then be reported direct to the gas company or the emergency number below:
